Cristiano Ronaldo wants to play Euro 2024

Cristiano Ronaldo is in no mood to hang his boots anytime soon. Speaking to AFP, Ronaldo stated that his journey is not over yet and he wants to play the Euros.

"My journey is not over yet, you're going to have to put up with 'Cris' for a while longer. I want to be part of the World Cup and the Euros,” said Ronaldo.

Ronaldo is currently the top-scorer in men's international football. He has scored 117 goals in 189 appearances for Portugal. In September 2021, Ronaldo surpassed Ali Daei.

Portugal are set to finish their last two group matches in the UEFA Nations League. Ronaldo will be leading the line against the Czech Republic and Spain this month.

Ronaldo is the highest scorer at the European Championships with 14 goals (main tournament). He has also scored the highest number of goals at the Euros, including qualifying events (45).

Man United

Ronaldo wanted to leave Manchester United over the summer in order to play Champions League football. However, United stated that he isn't for sale. Ronaldo has managed just one goal in all competitions this season.
