Blend milk, cashews, and almonds and add to boiled milk. Add crushed saffron and sugar, and boil again. Add cardamom powder, rose water, and sliced almonds. Serve chilled.
Pineapple orange juice
Blend oranges and chopped pineapples with sugar and water until smooth. Strain the mix and serve chilled.
Mango banana smoothie
Blend chopped mangoes with bananas and coconut milk. Add coconut water and honey. Serve chilled.
Blend chilled plain yogurt with chilled water, mint leaves, green chili seeds, roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder, and rock salt. Serve chilled.
Add chilled water and some sugar to chilled yogurt. Whisk until smooth. Pour into a glass and top it with some malai.
