    BSNL revises broadband plans to offer upto 35GB daily data

    What's the story

    BSNL has revised several of its unlimited broadband plans to offer six times more data to its subscribers.

    The state-run telco has revised seven of its monthly broadband plans (Rs. 675 onwards) to introduce daily data FUP limit and offer upto 35GB high-speed data per day.

    Notably, these plans have been updated in all the circles across India.

    Here's more on the revised plans.

    For light users

    Here's a look the new entry-level broadband plans

    The entry-level Rs. 675 plan now offers 5GB daily data at 10Mbps download speed along with unlimited calling. After the 5GB FUP limit, you will get 2Mbps download speed.

    Previously, the same plan offered 35GB of monthly data at 10Mbps.

    Further, the Rs. 845 plan offers 10GB data per day at 10Mbps (300GB in total) instead of the previous 50GB monthly data.

    For medium users

    Details of BSNL's mid-tier monthly broadband plans

    BSNL's mid-level Rs. 999 and Rs. 1,199 monthly broadband plans now offer 15GB and 20GB daily data at 10Mbps, respectively.

    Additionally, you also get free unlimited calls on any network within India.

    Previously, the Rs. 999 plan offered 70GB data for one month, while the Rs. 1,199 pack came with 90GB monthly data.

    For heavy users

    Here's everything to know about the top-tier broadband plans

    In the top-tier, there's a Rs. 1,495 which now comes with 25GB daily data at 10Mbps speed (750GB in total)

    Then there's a Rs. 1,745 scheme which provides 30GB data per day at 16Mbps speed (900GB in total). Earlier, both these plans offered 140GB data per month.

    Lastly, the Rs. 2,295 plan offers 35GB daily data at 24Mbps. Previously, it offered 200GB monthly data.

    'Chota Pack'

    Recently, the telco also updated its Rs. 299 broadband plan

    Recently, BSNL updated its Rs. 299 plan to offer 1.5GB data per day at 8Mbps. After the FUP limit, the speed will come down to 1Mbps.

    Moreover, this plan also comes with free unlimited voice calls on BSNL network across India.

    For other networks, BSNL provides Rs. 300 talk time and free call benefits on Sundays and between 10:30pm to 6am on other days.
