Ahmedabad man arrested for killing cat, sharing photos online
In Ahmedabad, a 21-year-old man was arrested after he killed a cat and posed for photos with its body.
On December 21, three men showed up at an empty plot near Sahaj Apartments on a scooter, carrying the cat in a plastic bag.
One of them killed the animal using a cement block while a local resident recorded the killing on video, and his accomplice took photographs of him posing with the cat's body.

Police used the scooter's registration number from the footage to track down and arrest Rahul Lalabhai Dantani within hours of the FIR being filed.
He's been charged under animal cruelty laws, while police are still searching for his two accomplices using CCTV evidence.
The case has led to strong calls from activists demanding strict action against those involved.
