On Wednesday, Air India's check-in systems were down at Delhi's busy T2 and T3 terminals for over an hour, thanks to a third-party network issue.
The snag also hit some other airports (though the airline didn't name them), leaving flights delayed.

Air India got things running again by 4:50pm but warned there could still be leftover delays as they catch up.
