Anmol Bishnoi, key suspect in Baba Siddique's murder, sent back to India from US
Anmol Bishnoi, accused of planning the murder of NCP leader Baba Siddique last October, has been deported from the US and is en route to India.
Mumbai Police say voice recordings show him passing instructions and motivating the attackers.
Anmol had escaped India on a fake passport before the crime.
Linked to other major cases and what's next
Anmol isn't new to headlines—he's also accused in Sidhu Moosewala's 2022 murder and a shooting outside Salman Khan's Mumbai home in 2024.
With 18 cases against him across India, he was caught in the US last November after traveling through several countries.
Once he is back, Indian authorities will decide which agency gets his custody first.
Investigations are expected to ramp up as police and NIA look into his role in gang crimes and support networks.
