A Mohali court has sentenced Raitu Techi, a BJP MLA from Arunachal Pradesh, along with three TK Engineering Construction Pvt Ltd officials, to two years in jail for a cheque bounce case. Each person was also fined ₹5.55 crore after cheques issued for construction materials bounced twice back in 2020.
