In 2025-26, Bengaluru added 790,000 new vehicles, mostly two-wheelers and cars, with over 2,100 hitting the roads every single day.
October saw the biggest spike with more than 86,000 new registrations.
Meanwhile, HSR Layout RTO collected a massive ₹12.73 billion in taxes and fees, making it Karnataka's top earner and third-highest in India.
