Bihar government launches helpline for crash victims

After a devastating Air India plane crash in Ahmedabad that claimed 241 lives, the Bihar government has launched a helpline to help identify any victims from the state. The flight was headed to London but crashed into a medical college complex just after takeoff, leaving only one survivor.
