Faridabad man kills father-in-law after family argument
A family argument in Chhainsa, Faridabad turned tragic when 26-year-old Paramjeet Singh allegedly killed his father-in-law, Gulab Singh, with an ax.
The fight started after Paramjeet's wife called her father for help because of Paramjeet's drinking.
Things escalated quickly: during the scuffle, Paramjeet grabbed an ax and attacked Gulab.
After his daughter raised the alarm and neighbors rushed him to the hospital, Gulab died the next morning.
Paramjeet tried to escape after the incident
After the attack, Paramjeet tried to run but was caught by police while leaving Faridabad.
He is now facing murder charges under Section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. So far, he has no prior criminal record.
Police are set to present him in court as they continue their investigation into what led up to this violent incident.
