India Meteorological Department forecasts April 5 thunderstorms in West Bengal

Tired of the heat? Good news: IMD says thunderstorms are headed to some districts of West Bengal from April 5, finally bringing a break from the hot and humid weather.
Thanks to moisture rolling in from the Bay of Bengal, things should start feeling cooler by Sunday.

West Bengal temperatures to dip 3-4°C

Expect temperatures to dip by three to four degrees Celsius, with stronger storms likely in Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Jalpaiguri, Alipurduar, and Cooch Behar until April 8.
