India sustains Hormuz transits with 8 vessels after U.S.-Israeli strikes
Even with tensions running high after recent U.S.-Israeli strikes, India hasn't slowed down its shipping through the crucial Strait of Hormuz.
This narrow waterway is vital for global fuel supplies and is tightly monitored by Iran, but at least eight Indian vessels have made it through safely, keeping India among the top countries navigating this route.
India secures shipping with Iran clearance
Indian ships recently delivered about 92,612 tons of LPG to India and carried oil and gasoline across key routes, even as Indian Navy warships stand ready to help if needed.
Behind the scenes, India's also working closely with Iran to make sure its ships keep moving, thanks to a green light from Iran for non-hostile vessels.
It's a smart mix of steady action at sea and careful diplomacy on land.
