Interpol issues Red Notice for drug lord Virender Baisoya's son
Interpol has issued a Red Notice for Rishabh Baisoya, who is linked to India's biggest-ever cocaine bust—worth a staggering ₹13,000 crore.
He is the son of alleged cartel boss Virender Singh Baisoya and is believed to be hiding somewhere in the Middle East.
The notice is essentially a global alert to help track him down and bring him back to face charges.
Baisoya charged under NDPS Act
Baisoya has been charged under tough drug laws for handling logistics in this international operation.
Investigators say he worked closely with co-accused Jatinder Singh Gill, using fake companies and pharma fronts to smuggle cocaine from South America through Dubai.
The whole network stretched across Pakistan, Dubai, Thailand, Malaysia, and even the UK—showing just how global these operations can get.
Indian authorities are now teaming up with other countries to trace assets and collect evidence as they push ahead with their case.
