Katni CSP Neha Pachisia suspended over alleged ₹83L property fraud
Neha Pachisia, who joined the state police as a Deputy Superintendent of Police and rose to become City Superintendent of Police (CSP) in Katni, has been suspended after serious land fraud allegations.
She's accused of pressuring a jailed murder suspect's family to sell their ₹83 lakh property for just ₹18.20 lakh, a deal made under alleged police pressure.
Kuthla FIR alleges fraud, coercion, conspiracy
Pachisia was suspended on Friday, August 21, 2026, after a first information report was filed at Katni's Kuthla police station for fraud, coercion and criminal conspiracy.
Investigators say most of the sale money was traced back to accounts linked to her associate.
When she approached the Madhya Pradesh High Court seeking relief in connection with the matter, her plea was denied, so now further investigation is underway.
