Newborn abandoned on Patna-Chandigarh train

A newborn, still with the umbilical cord attached, was found left inside a bag on the Patna-Chandigarh train near Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
Passengers noticed movement in the bag and quickly alerted railway staff, who discovered the baby.
Authorities are treating this as a case of child abandonment.
