Operation Sindhu: Return of 51 Karnataka natives

Operation Sindhu just brought home 51 people from Alipur village in Karnataka who were stranded in Iran because of the Iran-Israel conflict.
On Tuesday, 25 evacuees landed safely in Bengaluru, and the rest are expected back soon.

TL;DR

'Things stayed tense in Iran'

Many of those rescued, including students like Mir Asif and Syed Mohammed Razi, said they felt huge relief and gratitude toward the Indian Embassy and Karnataka government for acting quickly.
Even though there was talk of a ceasefire, things stayed tense in Iran—so India stepped up to get everyone home safe.
