President Murmu embarks on 2-day Uttar Pradesh visit

President Droupadi Murmu is making a two-day trip to Uttar Pradesh on June 30 and July 1, 2025.
She'll be in Bareilly for the Indian Veterinary Research Institute's convocation and then grace AIIMS Gorakhpur's first-ever graduation ceremony.

On day two, Murmu will open Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath AYUSH University in Gorakhpur, along with a bunch of new facilities—think an auditorium, academic block, Panchkarma center, and even laying the foundation for a girls' hostel.
The visit is all about boosting education and health infrastructure for students across UP.
