President Murmu touches down in Hyderabad for her winter retreat

President Droupadi Murmu is spending her annual winter break in Hyderabad from December 17-22.
She arrived on Wednesday and was received by Telangana Governor Jishnu Dev Varma, ministers, and top officials before heading to the Rashtrapati Nilayam.

What's on her Hyderabad agenda?

While in town, President Murmu will kick off a big national conference for Public Service Commission leaders on December 19.
The next day, she'll speak at an event marking the 21st anniversary of Brahma Kumaris Shanti Sarovar, focusing on "Timeless Wisdom of Bharat."
