    What's the story

Jaguar Land Rover has pulled the cover off the 2020 edition of its popular supercar, the F-Type.

The facelifted coupe, offered with three engine options, comes with several styling updates and looks sportier than the outgoing version.

Notably, the company claims the updated car can do a 0-100kmph in 3.5 seconds.

    Here's all about it.

Besides that, the car also houses a quad exhaust system, sporty-looking alloy wheels, slimmer LED headlights with DRLs, and LED taillamps.

The 2020 F-Type coupe comes as a premium package of luxury, comfort, and technology. The two-seater cabin offers power-adjustable leather-wrapped seats with ventilation and massage functions.

The car houses a fully-digital instrument cluster behind the three-spoke multifunctional steering wheel, and a bigger touchscreen infotainment panel with connectivity features.

In addition, it offers safety features like dual-front airbags, ABS with EBD, and more.

    Engine

    Power and performance

    The 2020 Jaguar F-Type is offered with three engine options: a 2-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, a 3-liter supercharged V6 unit, and a top-of-the-line 5-liter supercharged V8.

The former two are capable of producing 296bhp and 375bhp of power, respectively, while the latter churns out 567bhp.

Moreover, the supercar can accelerate from 0-100kmph in just 3.5 seconds.

    Will it come to India?

The bookings for the facelifted Jaguar F-Type are underway in the UK, and it will be available in other global markets by early 2020. The car is likely to hit the Indian roads sometime next year and would be priced over Rs. 1 crore.
