Amitbhai Anilchandra "Amit" Shah born on 22 October 1964, is a well-known Indian politician and is the current president of Bhartiya Janta Party, the ruling party of India. He is a close companion of PM Narendra Modi and is often seen with him during rallies and speeches, who he first met through RSS in 1982.
