Hyundai's year-end sale brings discounts up to ₹85,000

Hyundai Motor India has announced year-end discounts of up to ₹85,000 on select models to boost sales in December. The offer includes customer discounts, exchange bonuses, corporate and government discounts as well as scrappage bonuses. The total benefits can go up to ₹1.74 lakh when you factor in the recent Goods and Services Tax (GST) price reduction.

Discounts available on various Hyundai models
The year-end offers are applicable on several Hyundai models including the Exter micro SUV, Alcazar three-row SUV, Grand i10 Nios hatchback, i20 hatchback, Aura compact sedan and Verna mid-size sedan. However, there are no such offers for buyers interested in the Venue compact SUV and Creta mid-size SUV. The discounts can be availed until December 31 or till stocks last at Hyundai dealerships across India.

The year-end offers from Hyundai are as follows: Exter (₹85,000), Alcazar (₹40,000), Grand i10 Nios (₹70,000), i20 (₹70,000), Aura (₹33,000) and Verna (₹75,000). The year-end offers come as Hyundai has slipped to the fourth spot in terms of volumes in the domestic passenger vehicle market. The company was at second place but has now been overtaken by homegrown auto majors Mahindra & Mahindra and Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles (TMPV). Maruti Suzuki India still comfortably sits at the top spot.
