IndiGo to offer ₹10,000 travel vouchers for disrupted flights

If your IndiGo flight got disrupted between December 3 and 5, 2024, here's some good news: IndiGo is giving out ₹10,000 travel vouchers plus statutory refunds starting at ₹5,000.
You can use the voucher on any IndiGo flight over the next 12 months.

How to get your voucher

Vouchers start rolling out from December 26, and IndiGo will reach out using the contact details you gave when booking.
Booked through a travel partner? They're working with them too.
If you don't hear from IndiGo, just head to their special webpage (live January 1, 2026) and submit your journey details—easy as that.
