Box office collection: Shehnaaz Gill's 'Ikk Kudi' sees solid jump

Shehnaaz Gill's Punjabi film Ikk Kudi has showcased a highly positive trend, pulling in a solid ₹9cr globally by its second weekend.
The movie saw a big boost this week, nearly doubling its earnings from the first weekend.

While the film made ₹3.25cr at home, it really took off overseas with $650K (about ₹5.75cr) coming in from abroad.
Canada led the way with $400K (₹3.3cr), and fans in Australia, the UK, and US chipped in too.
Ikk Kudi's strong run outside India is giving hope to Punjabi filmmakers looking for bigger audiences beyond home turf.
