Dino Morea recently shared that if social media had been around during his early career, he might have reached Akshaye Khanna or Bobby Deol-level popularity.
"If I had to do something like Akshaye or Bobby did today in a certain role, I think that would spread really fast through the internet," he told IANS.
Fame before the internet was different
Looking back on his 2002 film Raaz, Morea talked about how movies found their audience through theaters alone—no trending hashtags or viral clips.
He remembered getting feedback directly from people after screenings, without any online buzz.
