Film body chief criticizes Diljit Dosanjh over Sardaar Ji 3 casting
BN Tiwari, who leads the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE), has called out Diljit Dosanjh for casting Pakistani actress Hania Aamir in Sardaar Ji 3.
This comes right after the Pahalgam terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir, with Tiwari accusing Diljit of caring more about money than national interests.
He's now urging people to boycott both Diljit and the film's producers.
'Diljit...blacklist...': Tiwari's stern message
Tiwari said, "The person who loves money more than the country should not live in the country."
He wants Diljit and his team blacklisted, their passports canceled, and even asked for their Indian citizenship to be revoked.
Tiwari's stance on Pakistani artists
Tiwari is a major voice for workers in Bollywood and often pushes for decisions that reflect national sentiment—especially during tense times between India and Pakistan.
His stance against involving Pakistani talent has sparked ongoing debates about patriotism versus creative freedom in Indian cinema.
