'It Ends With Us' co-stars Lively, Baldoni to face trial
Entertainment
Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni, who starred together in It Ends With Us, are set for a legal showdown on May 18, 2026, in New York.
The case began when Lively sued Baldoni for harassment and running a smear campaign back in December 2024.
Baldoni's defamation countersuit was thrown out last year.
Lively seeks over $160 million from Wayfarer
Most claims have been dismissed, but the spotlight is now on Lively's breach of contract and retaliation claims against Wayfarer Studios (she says she faced backlash for speaking up about on-set safety).
Both actors will take the stand, and Lively is seeking more than $160 million in damages.
Meanwhile, Baldoni's team seems relieved about the dismissed claims but is gearing up to defend against what remains.
