To portray this character accurately at different ages, Abraham has bulked up and lost weight as required, reported Bollywood Hungama. Production update
Shooting for 'Maria IPS' began in July 2025
The shooting for Maria IPS began in July 2025 at Ellora Studios near Mumbai, where a police station set was built.
The first schedule lasted two weeks, during which Abraham and Shetty shot several intense scenes inside the police station and high-octane interrogation sequences.
In February, parts of Maria IPS were also filmed at various Western Railway locations, including the WR Headquarters in Churchgate, Lower Parel railway station, and Mumbai Central railway station.
