Judge drops 10 claims in Lively suit against Baldoni

A US judge just dropped 10 out of 13 claims in Blake Lively's lawsuit against Justin Baldoni, saying there wasn't enough legal backing for things like harassment and defamation.
But two big claims, breach of contract and retaliation, are still moving forward.
The whole drama started over their work together on the movie It Ends With Us.
Lively seeks over $160 million from Baldoni
Lively is asking for more than $160 million in damages, accusing Baldoni of running a smear campaign against her.
Baldoni has denied it all and even tried to countersue for $400 million, but that was thrown out last year.
After a failed settlement meeting in February, both sides are now gearing up for a trial set for May 18.
