Kangana Ranaut, known for her passion for true-event-based stories, will soon be seen in a film tentatively titled Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata. The movie is based on the Cama and Albless Hospital incident during the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, reported Variety India. On November 26, 2008, two Pakistani terrorists, Ajmal Kasab and Ismail Khan, attacked the hospital.

Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata is a "cinematic tribute to the unsung heroes" and will be helmed by Manoj Tapadia, who started his career as a copywriter. The film is his feature directorial debut. Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata will be another project for Ranaut, inspired by true events. Earlier, she has worked in Emergency (2025), Thalaivii (2021), and Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi (2019). These movies were based on the life stories of former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, actor-politician J Jayalalithaa, and revolutionary freedom fighter Rani Lakshmi Bai. Apart from Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata, Ranaut will also be seen in a thriller film with R Madhavan, directed by AL Vijay.
