Kapur shared, "I never wanted what others wanted. All I wanted was to be able to act, and that I did. I never wanted six cars and 12 houses. I have enough." He added, "I have gone with the flow. Not to say that I have been foolish and turned down work when I needed the money, because I have done work for money as well."
