Dolly Parton recently missed a big event at Dollywood because of some health issues she'd been ignoring while caring for her late husband, Carl Thomas Dean.
She told People, "I am dealing with some health issues that I just didn't pay attention to when I was watching over Carl," but reassured fans she's still working and on the mend.
Parton cancels shows, plans Songteller Hotel
Her recent struggles with dizziness and dehydration led to canceled shows, including her Las Vegas residency, and her doctor advised against travel.
Still, Dolly isn't slowing down: she's focused on her upcoming Broadway musical Dolly: A True Original Musical, launching the Songteller Hotel in Nashville next month, and even releasing new products like Purina dog treats and coffee.
