Abhishek Singh denies NEET-UG paper leak before June 21 re-exam
The NEET-UG re-exam is happening on June 21, 2026, after rumors of a leaked question paper made the rounds online.
The NTA's Director General, Abhishek Singh, called these leak claims "fake" and reassured everyone that the papers are safe.
He also asked students not to spread or believe in any misinformation.
NTA secures NEET-UG for 2.3 million
About 2.3 million students will take the test in one afternoon shift (2pm to 5:15 p.m.), all with pen and paper.
To keep things fair, NTA is using GPS tracking for exam materials, biometric checks at centers, and real-time CCTV monitoring.
They've also temporarily restricted access to Telegram in certain instances where the platform was allegedly being used to facilitate such scams, and reminded students through SMS and WhatsApp to download their admit cards, and there is a stress helpline if you need support.
