Agar police ₹5cr MD raid now probes nearly 100 people
A big drug raid by Madhya Pradesh's Agar police back in January (once called a ₹5 crore MD haul) has now landed nearly 100 people, including police officers, under investigation.
The raid happened in Rajasthan's Ghatakhedi village and led to two brothers getting arrested with chemicals and equipment.
But a new FIR filed on June 15, 2026, is raising eyebrows about how the operation was actually handled.
Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan forces questioned
Investigators found several issues: Rajasthan Police weren't looped in, some seized items looked suspiciously new, and no official videography was done.
Hamid Khan, father of the arrested men, alleged that the Madhya Pradesh Police entered their house without informing the local Rajasthan Police, misbehaved with family members and falsely implicated his sons in an NDPS case.
Now both state police forces are being questioned, and Madhya Pradesh officials say they'll cooperate with the probe.
