Bhatpurwa Samuhi students refuse classes until new school building promised
Students from Bhatpurwa Samuhi village in Uttar Pradesh took a stand this week, refusing to enter their classrooms until a concerned official came and assured them that a new school building would be provided.
Holding the national flag, they peacefully protested outside, saying they won't go back inside until an official promises real action.
Even after principal Priyanka Tiwari urged them to return, the students stuck to their demand for a proper learning space.
Uttar Pradesh students demand school improvements
This isn't just one village: students across Uttar Pradesh are speaking up for better schools.
Recently, 300 children walked six kilometers in Hamirpur asking for a road to their school.
In Lucknow, nearly 250 girls protested teacher shortages and basic amenities, and in Unnao, more than 200 students reportedly sat on the road and blocked the Mohan-Bangarmau route.
Generation Alpha is making it clear: they want real improvements in education now.
