How to label your answer booklet
You'll need to label your answer booklet by section before writing anything.
If you put a Geography answer in the History section (or vice versa), you get 0 marks for that answer, so double-check!
Each section will have MCQs, very short answers, short answers, and long answers, with case-based questions in some sections and map-based questions in History and Geography.
Breakup of questions in each section
Every section includes a mix of question types: MCQs, with counts varying by section (some sections have four MCQs while others have six), very short, short, and long answers, with case-based questions appearing in several sections and map-based questions in History (two marks) and Geography (three marks).
The paper has around 37-38 compulsory questions according to published patterns; check the official sample/question paper for the exact total.
You've got 3 hours to finish everything.
Board's new guidelines for fair grading
