Court gives Khan Sir temporary relief and bars police action
India
Khan Sir, the well-known educator, just got some temporary relief from the court in a case against him.
For now, the court has told police not to take any strict action or use force on him until his next hearing.
His request for anticipatory bail will be looked at soon.
Roshan Anand accuses Khan Sir
The complaint was filed by Roshan Anand, director of Gyan Bindu GS Academy.
He's accused Khan Sir of being involved in his brother Prince Yadav's death at a Nepal hotel and claims Khan also assaulted him while he was in jail.
This comes right after Anand himself got bail in another coaching center attack case, though his brother Abhishek and associate Gaurav are still behind bars and their bail pleas were recently rejected.
