Cultus Lake Waterpark electrical incident sends 12 children to hospital
12 children were sent to the hospital after an electrical incident at Cultus Lake Waterpark in British Columbia on June 15.
It happened around 11:05am. local time in a lineup area near a ride (no one was actually on a ride or in the water when it occurred).
Paramedics and firefighters responded quickly, making sure everyone got medical help right away.

Thankfully, officials say the kids' injuries are serious but not life-threatening.
The RCMP called it an isolated event with no signs of foul play or ongoing risk.
The park, British Columbia's biggest, with over 25 slides and attractions, is closed for the next 48 hours while investigators figure out what went wrong.
The park team says they're saddened by what happened and grateful for the quick response from emergency crews.
