Regan Singh handed to Manipur Police
The hunt for Singh took some twists: initial leads sent officers near AIIMS, but without his photo, they could not identify him.
Eventually, local intelligence led them to Yusuf Sarai, where he was finally caught.
After questioning about his presence in the capital, Singh was handed over to Manipur Police.
His arrest was made in an intelligence-backed operation.
