Government flags 326 districts for Kharif
To help out, the government has flagged 326 high-risk districts and rolled out plans focused on water conservation, smarter crop choices, and boosting cotton farming.
There is also a push to grow more pulses locally with better seeds and support, so we are not as dependent on imports.
Fertilizer supplies are being closely tracked, and weekly check-ins will keep everything on course through the season.
