Flight evacuates 311 Indians from Iran amid tensions

With things heating up between Iran and Israel, India has flown 311 of its people back from Mashhad, Iran.
This is part of Operation Sindhu, which kicked off last week and has already helped over 1,400 Indians return safely.
The latest group landed in Delhi on June 22.

TL;DR

Operation Sindhu underway

Operation Sindhu is India's way of making sure its citizens stay safe as the situation in the region gets more unpredictable—especially after recent US airstrikes on Iranian nuclear sites.
Thanks to charter flights and some relaxed airspace rules from Iran, these evacuations have been moving quickly.
It's a strong reminder that when things get tough abroad, India steps up for its people.
