Gurugram woman arrested for planning fake rape case to extort money
A woman in Gurugram has been arrested after police uncovered her plan to file a false rape case and demand money.
The plot was reportedly set up with Jitendra alias Bittu, who's already facing another rape charge and is currently on the run.
The same woman had earlier accused her live-in partner of rape, leading to his arrest.

Things started unraveling when the woman claimed she was raped during a supposed job interview near MG Road Metro Station last month.
But police checked CCTV footage and call records, finding clear gaps in her story.
After questioning, she admitted it was all staged as part of a conspiracy with Bittu.
She's now in judicial custody under charges from the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, while police continue searching for Bittu.
