Heavy rains and thunderstorms predicted across India

Heads up: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued red alerts for Assam, Odisha, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, and Meghalaya for June 18 and 19.
Expect moderate to heavy rainfall and gusty winds across East and Central India.
