Hyderabad court allows Bandi Sai Bhagirath interim bail for exam

Bandi Sai Bhagirath, son of Union Minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar, has been granted interim bail by a Hyderabad court so he can take his final semester exam.
Bhagirath was arrested on May 16 after being accused of sexually assaulting a minor under the POCSO Act.
Bandi Sai Bhagirath anticipatory bail denied
The case was filed about a week before his arrest. Bhagirath tried to get anticipatory bail from the Telangana High Court but was turned down.
After his arrest, his father said Bhagirath had cooperated with the investigation.
For now, he's out on interim bail for academic reasons, but the legal process and investigation are still ongoing.
