Indian student shot dead in US; family seeks help

Pole Chandrashekar, from Hyderabad, was tragically shot and killed at a Dallas gas station on October 3, 2024.
He had moved to the US in 2022 for his MS after finishing BDS in Hyderabad, recently completed his studies, and was working part-time while job hunting.
His family is now seeking help to bring his body back to India.

Telangana CM, BRS MLA promise support

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy shared his condolences with Chandrashekar's family and promised government support for repatriation.
BRS MLA T Harish Rao visited the family and urged the Telangana government in a post on X to take steps to bring back the body.
