Investigation into Air India crash underway
After the tragic Air India AI 171 crash that took 274 lives, investigators are looking closely at what went wrong.
The Boeing Dreamliner went down shortly after leaving Ahmedabad, hitting residential areas and causing casualties both on board and on the ground.
Officials are now digging into CCTV footage and even checking for possible sabotage.
Dual engine failure being probed
A rare dual engine failure is currently the main focus of the investigation. The black box is being analyzed in India, with answers expected in about three months.
Meanwhile, all 33 Dreamliners flying in India have been inspected to make sure they're safe.
Minister Murlidhar Mohol reassured everyone that these extra checks are happening because safety comes first for both flyers and people on the ground.
