Police probe targeted bus gold theft
The missing bag held rings, earrings, pendants, mangalsutras—about 1,450gm of jewelry plus 551.20gm of gold pieces.
The loss was discovered as soon as the bus reached Navi Mumbai on Tuesday morning.
Police suspect the traders were specifically targeted and are now digging into passenger records and technical clues to track down whoever pulled this off, but so far, no arrests have been made.
