Jharkhand woman Shweta alleges dowry demand, forced relation with brother-in-law

In Ramgarh, Jharkhand, a woman named Shweta has accused her husband and in-laws of demanding dowry and pressuring her to establish an illicit relationship with her brother-in-law after she couldn't have a baby with her husband.
She reported the harassment at the Ramgarh Women's Police Station.
FIR lodged after ₹2L dowry assault
Shweta's complaint says she was assaulted around 15 days ago when she refused their demands for ₹2 lakh and a washing machine.
She also shared that her in-laws threatened to kill her if she refused to establish a relationship with her brother-in-law.
Police have registered an FIR and are now investigating.
