Karnataka: 6.5L workers, 5.5L pensioners benefit
This hike means a little more cash each month for about 6.5 lakh government workers and 5.5 lakh pensioners in Karnataka, plus state staff, pensioners, All India Services officers, and central government employees on deputation in Arunachal Pradesh.
The move aims to help folks manage rising prices, just as other states are doing under the latest pay commission updates.
