Kozhikode tops the list with 74 cases, followed by Malappuram and Thiruvananthapuram at 25 each.
Health officials are investigating the new infections and urging everyone to follow good hygiene, especially in schools, and wear masks if you have a fever.
Meanwhile, there's some good news on Nipah: five patients were discharged from Kozhikode Medical College Hospital, though four are still under observation as precautions continue.
