Malayalam actress probe finds 10+ women videos on doctor's phone
India
Police investigating a Malayalam actress assault case have found videos of more than 10 women on the phone of a doctor who had accused the actress of assault and robbery.
Most of the women, thought to be patients or their relatives, may have been sexually assaulted by the doctor, who is now missing.
Authorities are working to identify the women and piece together what happened.
Doctor faces probes, phone evidence crucial
There are now two probes: one into the doctor's complaint against the actress, and another into his alleged sexual crimes after a relative of the accused actress said he drugged her.
The doctor's phone is key evidence, possibly revealing more victims.
